We all know how it feels when we lose someone we don't want to, although all of us have been in relationships earlier but there's always that special someone whom you don't want tonsay goodbye to. All of us have gone through this stage. At first, it feels as if the world is not fair to you and all you wanna do is lie down still with your earphones plugged in, listening to all the senti stuff you have in your play list, Cursing the one responsible for your condition. The actual pain comes when the memories start haunting you and the world becomes more unfair. We ask ourselves, "why me?! I didn't do this, I didn't do that did what the other asked" and so on and so forth. We are often misunderstood during the process of getting that someone back and it is our fault because most of us end up trying to black mail the other and ruin their lives. But friends, this is where the real problem comes because even if the other realises his/her mistake, we leave them with no other options. Our actions are the main cause of our prolonged love depression. I know it's easier said than done, but people...we can mend things if we really want to!.
There's an old saying that if you love someone truly then let them go if they come back they were yours but if they don't then you were never meant go be together. Well, it's true. Yaa, at first we find such things crap but it does work. If it's not the person, then at least your sanity does come back to you. The real notion is that you must learn to let go! If you don't then you are no better than sitting ducks. It does take time, depending on how deep your relationship was, but it surely helps you.
But even after all this, if the person doesn't come back then fine, you're still alive to see a new day. Holding on only makes things worse, believe me. But, you live your life! Love yourself! What's wrong in doing that? And if you are happy, the other person will automatically like to be in your shoes but if you stay like a sad bunch of hopelessness, you give the other person a reason to keep their distance all the more!
It's you whose the key to your happiness, if you can keep yourself happy then only will the other entrust you with their happiness. All love stories are not meant to be happily ever after but if you put the right amount of effort at the right place , then there is still hope. And yes the second most important thing is don't stop believing in your love. Always have that last itsy bitsy ray of hope in your heart cause you never know when miracles may happen!
These words are hard to follow but they surely will help you , trust me.
Until we meet again...
